    Could be a breakout coming with ARE. Nice cup and handle formation on the chart. Need the volume to increase to validate the formation and push out.

    There is very little available to buyers without pushing the price sharply up. I'm very comfortable holding ARE - if we can get the claim resolved, which looks highly likely, then this thing will take off!
