Yes it's still unclear whether inhibition of your 11BHSD1 enzyme can cure or prevent Alzheimer's, mood disorders, obesity. The human body is complex and it's incredibly naive to think that inhibition of a single enzyme can undo whatever pathways are responsible for disease.
I'm still holding ACW because the payoff will be quite large in case it happens to work - but don't get your hopes up.
