I don't think you understand the definition of the word naive. It would be naive to look at an investor presentation that tells you by inhibiting an enzyme you will cure AD, yes. But thank you for informing me that "the human body is complex", I must have missed that lecture when I studied Biomedical Sciences.
I sound like a broken record but that "single enzyme" is the key to reducing chronically raised cortisol. Chronically raised cortisol is 100% proven to cause cognitive decline. I don't understand how you think it is "incredibly naive" to believe that reducing it won't prevent cognitive decline? BOD didn't just pull an enzyme out of a hat and cross their fingers.
