The October low phenomena is more likely than not to play out.

I am not super bearish there will be a time where the market is too good not to buy up. The fear gauge is probably a fair indication. I have been 85% in cash since July so obviously I am keen to put some money to work at the right price.....that time is approaching - just a little bit more to go I reckon.

Lets hope the market starts factoring in Armageddon starting this week to get cheapies and I only want cheapies.

(don't get overly bearish but not a time to buy either imo)
