Revenue Growth Management in FMCG has become so sophisticated, I'd be more surprised if they didn't target their trade investment in that way. what's maybe not always appreciated is that virtually each market and segment A2 trade in, has high data capability / reportability. I have no idea who or what tasks the much spoken about consultants delivered to A2, I'm sure in part an investment was made in this area.
