    I have a thought (which is probably wrong) but,
    Maybe the sizeable bunch of F/Pshares at .14c - .15c
    are being used as a blockade to enable an accumulation of F/P and Options ?
    The seller amounts don,t appear to have changed alot
    in this bracket.
    Just another thought.
    I hold Tox and look forward to its progress
