I don't expect her to say much but I do expect her to show some strength in FARs claim. she will be very careful what she says although if you believe what your saying why show up and put yourself at risk for questions? To me this is a first body language sign and potentially a few words around the issue which could give confidence to us poor suffering shareholders and put the pressure back on WPL. you have to think why is she speaking at a public forum unless she wants to hint some detail on FARs stance with this situation. I am ready for next day newspaper article suggesting "FAR believes it has strong Pre-empt right etc.....
