Bit naive of you to contemplate that management would not act upon inside information when it comes to hand. Not saying that Nido management are but perhaps they are already set by other holdings in private companies or spouses or other means.
It is not common that management are happy with their remuneration, big or small, it's called greed and they will get their just rewards in the end. They will take advantage of "1st hand knowledge" as you put it and we may have to wait for a Gindarra farmin/jv to see how they get rewarded. For the time being to appease shareholders they will buy on market small amounts to keep the faith.
NDO is a great company in the making - just don't think that they will leave the pot at the end of the rainbow for us shareholders to distribute amongst ourselves - they will take more than their fair share.
