I dont think micro caps who are in acquisition mode should be paying dividends and doing DRP at significant discounts. If they find a chunky or even a half decent acquisition they will need to raise yet again further capital at a discount to market...hard to see much share price appreciation.
The market doesnt seem to support the dividend announcement given the price action and lack of activity,either.
