Don't blame the CoA, clearly this was custodial land and there were some rightful landowners that weren't included and/or identified by AVQ so it's gone back to retender. So if AVQ knew this but they still proceed with exploration expense on Isabel, and even worst, spent more cash during the CoA (which seems to be the case due to their JORC upgrade of Isabel announcement in Dec 2015), hoping this would fix this "issue", and given their PL for SJ was approved in Mar 2015, then........this was discussed a lot months ago.
