The key point is AVQ tried to get it converted to registered land from custodial land (it's clear as mud, if I read it correctly?) without strict compliance with the statutory procedures (i.e. all the rightful landowner), clearly this would be an issue, don't you think? Anyone could see this would be an issue and AVQ didn't? WTF?, and didn't you say 2 landowners have been added to the JV after the CoA?

So they end up spending $9M funds (which they don't own in the first place) on a tenement that clearly would have issues going forward and wasted at least 2 year (of dilution for administration expenses, i.e. salary) before going to SJ so why not just renegotiate with the fund owners to go to SJ (given most here are saying the tonnage and grade are equal if not better).
