Korab is NWA’s Joint Venture Partner for the Batchelor Tenements.
The Batchelor Joint Venture will be managed by Korab, who under the terms of the Joint Venture, have the right to
earn 60% participating interest in the Joint Venture on the basis of sole funding of $600,000 over 4 years. The
Batchelor Tenements host a number of gold and uranium targets.

SEL 24855 covers the highly prospective contact zone between Coomalie Dolomites
and the W hites Formation which is the main zone hosting uranium mineralisation
around Rum Jungle complex. The tenement includes several base metals,
magnesium and gold anomalies as well as areas with elevated radiometry readings
containing uranium, cobalt and copper targets.
