No direct correlation of a site visit but it's likely what happened, as I scrolled through Michaels tweets, he mentioned avb in Jan 18, saying he used to hold and valued it fair at 14c, pretty damn close with his estimates
Not gonna lie, his absence made me forget how deep and connected he is with this sector,
Also going back through, there was never a mention or hint of a takeover, all talks were about offtakes, JV, funding I think people were just getting too excited for a quick buck. Hauayou is a board member and it'd have to go through them before any TO goes through anyways
