If the whole ruby mining operation turns out to be nothing but a very cleverly crafted scam then building a case against certain people should prove quite easy. Lets hope ASIC would take up the case, or perhaps 60 Minutes could be intereted. It would make interesting TV.

I eagerly await a detailed reponse from management but so far what they've provided is a very ordinary response, lacking sufficient detail and much thought about what was actually needed to quell the negatives and market fears. This moreover is most worrying!
