    The sellers didn't wait on the sell side, they unload straight way to drive the SP down. That's called manipulate the share price. Drive the price down, so they can buy it back cheaper. The truth is that there are only 173200 shares for sale between 31c and 39c. Someone spend 60k cash can easily push it back to 40c.
