Agree it's hard to see how Golden can be unhappy with the board and management. Even on their entry point they up are materially with plenty more to come. The comment on external marketing assessment for achieved pricing and cost of funding is weak - if they are suggesting management hasn't tried to seek the best offer in the market then just clutching at nothing.
All comes down to whether M Resources @ 19.9% supports the view of Golden. That is the swing factor.
