Golden are trying to take over without paying. Yes it's laughable, but as you (bamazing123) point out, if Golden have enough collusion then they could succeed. It's crucial that all SHs take the trouble to support the board.
I've had good shares stolen from me like this before, and even though there was almost certainly illegality then it doesn't mean that the same illegal process can't happen again. ASIC are p-weak on this kind of thing, so we are left to look after ourselves as best we can .
I hope the board manages to fend off these thieves. Then one of the first things to do is to remove the two named directors.
