An "efficient market" would take the value of cash ($80m), add a value for the gold (say $50/oz x 1.7Moz = $85m) plus put a value on Ularring (say, $10m) = $175m all up or about $0.54 per share.
Let's see what they announce and if the market finally starts to apply something that approximates its break-up value at the very least.
