We did fight back and won on some front.
Management certainly know they are being held to account.
That first strike is an embarrassment to the board members and could put a handbrake on plans the directors may have to raise from brokers. Unfortunately it does not stop management from issuing shares to the full 15% 0f capital approx 200,000,000 shares by placement.
We requested a resolution under corporations act 249N to put a resolution to the AGM (it was not given in the 2 months time), If it is legal it will be included in the next general meeting as a special resolution requiring 75% to carry and that is a hard task but worth trying.
