Hi thought I would focus everyone’s attention on the steppedchange in valuation that occurred for Comet with the market yet to price to value the additional 52 PJ of 2 p gas reserves I used the metrics Gina Hancock took over WGO . That values each PJ at 2.2 m . Another way to put it is Comet has added 110 m in reserve value with the addition of Mahalo east reserves . if Comet was taken over at the same metrics it would go for a value of 543m of 45 c per share . This is how good this news is !!! in my view it makes a TO so much more likely . not from the announcement due to the high quality and porosity of the gas charged coal seems the reserves at 21 PJs above comets expectations another are of significant value is of Santos or Adnoc want to equalise the field there is significant value that would be released with any buy in to the 100% owned reserves
