MGX have one of the highest grade iron resources in the world on Koolan Island. It will be profitable in any environment and there will always be a demand for their ore IMO.
I don't think a few posters understood that. You can be sure the Chinese most certainly do. The event over the past month, even though unfortunate for holders that bought over $2 are playing right into the Chinese hands.
We all saw what happened to Portman. MGX is the next domino to fall at these prices with a $300 million-ish mkt cap. Sino Steel paid 3 times that for MIS, with MGX having a better resource IMO. Can't say much for management's recent decisions though.
Extreme value.
