AMX is a very good buy...for a long term investor

AMX is a long term proposition and the market doesnt rate long term stuff at the moment, there is just too much volatility and uncertainty.

Bonds, fixed interest, cash and short term stuff is whats getting the interest at this moment

Coupled with the fact that the POG is temporarily being pressured, cash costs and capex requred to build a mine and political circumstances are all dark clouds hovering over the SP

buying stocks like AMX, that have been in a continued, aggressive downtrend are very risky, its like catching a falling knife

in consideration of all that, the level AMX sits at now is about where I'm starting to get interested-for the long term

I think Gold will be +2,000 eventually, whether its this time next year or in 2015, it will be well above current levels, I also think based on that POG, capex will be accessible for AMX to build and they may even be the subject of a substantial interest by other bigger African, gold hungry players

or even a t/o

There are many other Gold stocks out there worth buying if you believe the story, RSG is another CHEAPY atm, however, its important to diversify and hold some of your portfolio in AUD
