I respect and appreciate your informed knowledge on SOC but my gut feel is that a cap raise from instos or soph. investors is unlikely .What would be achieved by diluting the holdings further if a large producer already in the geographic area could very easily fund further drilling by simply pulling out the cheque book.
After all 92% of stock is already in the hands of the top 20.The scene is set for a massive re-rate if they play there cards right IMHO
