Doe's anyone believe that they are obliged to give any info let alone admit to poor service or incompetence to someone that walks in off the street?Guys ,I think you are grasping at straws .I admit there is no harm in trying.But also consider,if as some people are inferring cover up by the lab ccic or aex management,what the consequences may be to the companys and or individuals.Just my thoughts may be wrong may be wright.
