I would have thought it was a bit under valued. But there has been planty of time for someone else to come in and trump EQN's offer. So for me may as well take the EQN shares and move on. I think EQN will rise nicely next year anyway. I could do with a more stable stock in my portfolio. My view only, but i'll bet that once this one is done EQN will go after another company pretty quickly.. If your going to survive as a standalone you gota get big quick.My thoughts only.
