Do not worry about writing to John about that as there is nothing he can do about it. The best way to overcome it is to increase the buying strength as this will lead to the computer generated orders becoming buy orders and working in our favour. The sooner that there is an interest in the stock this will totally turn around.

Best way to do that is start talking to brokers. I agree with Surf07 there are brokers out there that were interested in the company but have just been fobbed off and now they are not interested in promoting the company thus the lack of interest.

This is a management problem but they seem to be content to stick their heads in the sand and do nothing. If there is short selling occurring then the best way to overcome this is to move the share price up causing them to close their positions and buy back.
