The last I heard Bodge, is that they are in the process of "amalgamating" the two cos. In this I have a lot of sympathy for CSD - I know it is a "seamless" transition for us given that we have been operating everything on behalf of SPM. Nevertheless just getting the two cos together is indeed a major exercise. Just have a look (the independent reports are a good start) at what the two cos are bringing to the table - hence my view that we will be a medium sized resource powerhouse!!
So we wait and wait and ....
