Having been in ELK for over 5 years I can understand how holders could be feeling underwhelmed by the market reaction.

The reality is that this is a good deal and I am very happy that ELK chose to partner with an expert in tertiary recovery. The project/operational risk has been reduced by having an experienced partner.

I am expecting the SP to increase over the next few days/weeks and I am also hoping that some of the reserves will be reclassified to 2P which will help create belief in the market.
