These Directors are a joke, selling of these so called Gold Assets for $300k and giving themselves places on the Board with renumeration thrown in along with oppies, most more likely at a cost greater than what FRS was given for the sale of these assets, and now wow we need to extend the closing date. How could anyone in their right mind subscribe to this float that had the mining leases worth no more than $300k, tell me?
