related party dealings with iwi unitholder funds without approval from iwi unitholders by the executives & consulting advisors to the directors of the sre berren have been very costly to iwi unitholders re nvfa ( mis wine grape growing promoter / manager - similar business model to timbercorp & great southern & largely owned & controlled & set up by former iwi ceo) and bibendum unlisted minority investments.

go back to public press reports of the bust up est. 5 yrs ago - all reported by frith etc in the press - i have always voted against the directors resolutions & with support of several others have caused gross embarrassment to directors , management etc. when the resolutions they proposed were voted down.

this present vote will go down as well if largest unitholder who has not yet decided votes against. i have already voted against.

i still dont know why i reinvested back in after collecting big time when the $2.68 was on offer.
must have been because profit i made back then was so large.
