Mikes100,
If the company is delisted what constraints will there be on the directors? Will they have to report to the shareholders at all? Will they have to answer questions? Will they be able to have IWI do deals with themselves or ex advisers and employees? Can they be voted out?
Seems like they might be able to do whatever they want with the remaining millions.
Can't see why they don't pay out shareholders and let those shareholders who want to remain with the unlisted shell.
Under the proposal it seems that shareholders who want their fair share of the cash would have to blindly trust in the acumen and honour of the directors of the unlisted shell.
Alternatively vote it down and have the remaining assets sold in a liquidators firesale.
