Still analysing the EGM announcement.
One important paragraph on page 32 states
"vesting of the options is subject to the following conditions being met:
c) The company's share price on asx reaches 11cents and stays AT OR ABOBVE that amount for a CONSECUTIVE PERIOD OF 30 DAYS.....until september 15 2009
These are the options being provided to Ata, Martin etc etc
Sounds promising to me, reward the workers for their efforts past, present and future!
