CR 100% won't eventuate. I want to make a friendly bet with you on this becuase i believe i have an edge. Lynas is hiding their true capacity because the analyst dont understand the "seed" statement. Alot of the seed has been shipped back the company is on the verge of full production rate based on tha tseed statement.
