Just received the Share Purchase Plan offer document today, and had to pull my holding out of the 'bottom drawer' and research a bit, to recall why I purchased in to Nelson.... it was on the back of the Catalyst Hunter article above.... reads really well of course....
Interestingly, in my view the SPP Prospectus reads better than most, at least it includes a breakdown of the proposed expenditure.
I note that the SPP purchase price includes a 'free' attached option for every 2 shares subscribed to in the Offer.
I guess I am in for my allocation .... like a lottery I guess.... gotta be in it to win it !
