    SO......BDT have lost round 1 in the Australian Federal Court and ordered to pay Bolin's costs.

    NOW we discover that Bolin are claiming in excess of US$11m (A$17m) from BDT.

    Couple this with a horrible H2/24 <A$5-6m> and we're in REAL TROUBLE
