There's no honor in gloating, nor seeking to know the losses of believers who have lost a lot.

Fair to say some have lost a fair bit, from a monetary perspective, as well as a credibility perspective. We all make mistakes. Let's leave it at that.

I do not want to know how much anyone has lost, it gives me no pleasure, what would give me pleasure is some accountability, I would like to see Senior management come under intense scrutiny in relation to their performance over the last 12 months. If improper performance is exposed, let's hope the regulatory bodies throw the book at those responsible.

A collapse of this magnitude doesn't just happen.

Thoughts go to the many Forge employees who have had their futures thrown into doubt.
