12/1 leaves it very tight if you take a month for 138 then assume a month for 59. That alone takes it past the date, unless the catch is they all they have to do is stick a drill bit into the ground to classify it as 'drilling a well'. if that's the case, they should be fine.

just noticed that the primary targets are in the bottom 100m of the well with secondary targets at 900-1000m, 1450m and 1700. this in my mind means we'll get nothing really exciting so far as oil goes at until at least the second week of December. the real excitement will occur just prior to Xmas ;)
