Jerry, while The Big Short is/was one of my favourite Movies, its probably clouding your Judgement.
Since the GFC, G20 Nations all implemented checks and balances to limit the possibility of another such Contagion. That greater oversight has apparently lead to The Fed being confident Bank failures should be "managable". But if you're right, you should probably be given legendary status greater than Michael Bury.
