Going by history, it is fair to say that if things are close by 12.07pm on election day, it can change dramatically after 12.07pm. I would prefer to have @pintohoo declare, "a shoe-in" to Biden and "it won't even be close", but i will just take heart in knowing that anything before 12.07pm today can just at the drop of a hat.
