Arbitragers should help to keep the Nasdaq and ASX prices relatively equal and reasonable liquid.
So you can convert stock back and forth between the exchanges you can buy on ASX and sell on Nasdaq and vice versa.
I'm not worried about the US listing at all - just gives access to a much bigger pool of investors - which is what we need right now.
