I’ve got a feeling that Build 1 isn’t going to be at Sultana road.

Maybe that was the plan at one stage , but not now.

The Hadrian is operational. That’s confirmed or it’s fraudulent. So let’s go with confirmed. This means that they are testing the Hadrian currently. Surely some - most - of the FAT is to be completed outdoors and in the same environment the Hadrian is designed to operate in . Yet no sign of the Hadrian outside at all.

Also , there’s only 3 pallets of bricks on the slab outside FBR HQ , which is not enough to build a house. The Hadrian would be chewing through bricks in the FAT. Build 1 will go ahead once they’re confident that it’ll succeed , so you can be sure that the Hadrian is currently laying many bricks during testing.

I may be wrong , but I can’t imagine that they are filling the inside of their shed with dozens of half built practice builds. Might be getting a bit cramped in there otherwise.
