I recollect in one of their presentations when they were changing business strategy a number in the order of 15% of the sales value for maintenance and support. Given investment in a US support team, assume a US facility and ongoing research investment the overheads will increase. This will require a significant number of machines to be sold to cover overheads.
Expect short term its going to be difficult from the financial reports to determine the recurring charges as they will most likely combine the contract and recurring charges under the single revenue line. Whilst frustrating for shareholders, from a contractual perspective guess this needs the remain "hidden" as this would be a key contract negotiation with each sale.
