Oh, do you know when that was referenced?
The performance plan I read was if they achieve 45% total shareholder return (from a 7c base, compounded annually) at any time in the 3 years they can be awarded them. So 10.15c within the first year would tick it, otherwise the target will progressively move up, eg 14.7c within 2 years.
It’s not a huge amount as these things go, just curious.
