agree with your comments
i was a long term holder but sold recently when it became obvious that WAA was not really an active trader
they have paid a dividend out of a loss yaer imo purely so that they can boast that " we pay increasing dividends every year"
I may buy back in if they become active
But only at a price that gives a discount to NTA that these type of companies should trade on...imo the current discount is not big enough to justify WAA as a buy
