You guys might be missing the point.

The new regulations from July 1, 2010 allow for dividends to be paid as long as a company is solvent.

WAA has out performed the market & if, as expected, there is a modest rise this year then dividends will continue to flow in an attractive way.

It is the dividend that should be attractive to most investors with a self managed super fund.

A discount to NTA is a variable that really has little effect over the final outcome for investors. As long as dividends continue to flow & WAA out performs the market, the other factors become irrelevant.

The WAA managers are very aware of the importance of dividends to investors & will pay dividends as long as franking credits are available.
