100% opposite to my view but thats what makes the world & as long as the pigs are making money at least the pigs are happy & who cares about the scummy little 'Mum & Dad' investor - all this is about is making it quick & easy for the company to get cash in the bank & short circuiting the messy business of raising money from existing SH's, pesky prospectus and all that rubbish.

You call this special - 'It's special - or certainly looks that way.' - so why have a 'normal' 10% discount for the pigs ? Why not raise higher for the benefit of the small SH ?

Anyway on the bright side I got my shares well under this offer price so am at least very happy about that.
