According to daily short volume statistics, 12.9 million shares were sold short on 6/27 to drop PPS from 0.89 to 0.83, which clearly is responsible for a substantial fraction of total daily volume traded and explains the drop.
Longs are NOT selling here; this is mostly just stubborn shorts who just keep throwing big money at LYC.
