As to what the vendors will do with the 250mil shares if they get them that is up to them. They may hold on to them like Healey and Barter have done, they may sell some (as they have done with the original shares they received for the SEYCO sale (check out top 20 share holder list and compare to shares issued per the sales agreement)). What is for sure is they won't want to damage the SP as they are and will be large holders, also none of the issuances will be a parcel greater than 4% of the company, so it is somewhat dispersed..
