A range was always going to develop on this stock before the next move up on good news. Not helped by all those 'fresh' shares on the market.
At least with the upgrade we know there will be a minimum 20% growth 06/07. Add to that the extra EPS generated by the last T/O and any future T/O.
Fundamentally looks sound.
