I wouldn't think there was much left to "assess".
that said it's been long and drawn out so why would that necessarily change in mode.
The P.S. article is interesting as I always supposed a precursor to a favourable outcome was a change in mood of the media. And we've been seeing this more and more.. but P.S. is smack bang
Hasn't been much coming out of any gov mouth piece for a while now. . There's a p.r. push bythe Gas Industry to paint Gas as a friend not a foe.
Despite the occasional pimple of a pollie raising its head and offering a muted screech of annoyance the anti Pep-tide seems to have realised theyre not winning the day.
And speaking of Days you cant help but feel that that 'particular' day is not far off now......even with NOPTA dragging its feet. Ts crossed , Is dotted.... over to you Minister i should say ( soon )
